API returns 429
Section titled “API returns 429”The request exceeded a public API rate-limit bucket. Read the Retry-After, RateLimit-Remaining, and X-RateLimit-Bucket headers before retrying. See Rate limits.
Repository has no chart history
Section titled “Repository has no chart history”The repository may be newly discovered or not have enough history for the selected chart window yet. Check again later or try a shorter metric window.
A repository is missing
Section titled “A repository is missing”Use Explore search first. If the provider repository is public but not present, it may not have been indexed yet.
Login link does not arrive
Section titled “Login link does not arrive”Check spam filtering and confirm that the email address is valid. OAuth login through Google or GitHub is usually faster when available.
API key does not work
Section titled “API key does not work”Check that the key is copied exactly and sent as Authorization: Bearer YOUR_KEY or X-API-Key: YOUR_KEY. Revoke and create a new key if the original value was lost.
